Henry Rodriguez Blows Another By Clearing Up Spot for Lidge

The finger injury clearly wasn’t healing when it started leaking.

Henry Rodriguez has been placed on the DL with a strained finger. The injury initially occurred when Rodriguez slammed his finger in a door. Just more evidence of Rodriguez trying to slam the door and having something get in the way.

H-Rod’s injury opens up a spot for the returning Brad Lidge, who was activated by the Nationals for today’s game. It’s good to know that if Wild Thing 1 goes down, we have Wild Thing 2 to back him up.
